From the very first day we launched, 9500s has held firmly to one simple but meaningful principle: to deliver a safe, fair, and genuinely enjoyable gaming experience to every Malaysian player. We are more than just a gaming platform — we are a community that grows alongside our players.
Slots · Live Casino · Football · E-Sports
If there's one thing many Malaysian players consistently raise about online gaming platforms, it's trust. It's hard to know which ones are truly fair, which ones are slow to pay out, and which ones have customer support that actually understands you when you speak Bahasa Melayu. 9500s was born out of a direct response to those very problems.
We are an online gaming platform built specifically for Malaysian players from all walks of life — from factory workers in Selangor catching a quick game after their shift, to EPL fans in Johor looking to place a bet on the weekend match, to seasoned slots players in Sabah who know exactly what they want from a quality gaming experience. 9500s designed for every one of them.
Our platform offers the most comprehensive game selection available: high-RTP video slots including Pixie Wings, Age of Egypt, Dragon Kingdom, Magic Fruits, Jinn Lamp and Pyramid Ramesses; table games such as Perfect Blackjack with an RTP of up to 99.5%; a live casino with real dealers streaming 24 hours a day; Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga and all major global leagues; plus badminton and e-sports betting, which are growing rapidly in popularity among younger Malaysian players.
But beyond just an extensive game library, what truly sets 9500s is our commitment to a complete player experience. Our payment system fully supports all major Malaysian payment methods — DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are completed within 15 to 30 minutes — not hours, not days.
Customer support team 9500s operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and most importantly, we communicate in Bahasa Melayu. You never have to struggle to explain your issue in a language that isn't your own. Every query, every concern, every suggestion is handled warmly and efficiently by a team that genuinely understands the day-to-day context of Malaysian players.
Since day one, 9500s has earned the trust of more than 100,000 active registered members from across Malaysia — from Perlis all the way to Sabah and Sarawak. Every day, thousands of players log in to our platform to play, compete, and enjoy high-quality entertainment in a safe and responsible environment. Their trust is the greatest recognition we could ever receive.

"The most honest platform I've ever used. Withdrew RM 8,700 from Jinn Lamp — hit my Maybank account in 22 minutes. Customer support is fast and speaks proper Malay. 9500s is the real deal and should be every Malaysian's first choice."
"Used to play elsewhere and always ran into problems — slow deposits, withdrawals taking 3 days. Since switching to 9500s, it's a completely different experience. GrabPay deposit was instant, won RM 5,400 on Perfect Blackjack, and my withdrawal cleared in under half an hour. Not going back!"
"I play slots and bet on EPL football at 9500s. One of the things I love is that they also cover the Liga Super Malaysia market — you rarely find other platforms that include local leagues. The daily reload bonus is genuinely worth it, and the terms are reasonable — not overly strict like some other platforms."
